The concession contract was signed between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and Roen Company shpk.
Object of the concession: The Contracting Authority grants exclusivity to the concessionaire to provide the following services:
• Registration of security encumbrances.
• Searching for information through the submission of forms.
• Registration changes such as extension of registration, deletion of registration, re-registration of a registration that has ended or been deleted, subordination of a registration, addition and deletion of a lien, transfer of the right of lien, addition and deletion of a lien, transfer of lien, addition and cancellation of collateral.
• Change of collateral information or replacement of collateral.
• Other changes according to court decisions.
• Registry correction.
