Management, operation and maintenance of the ferry terminal of the Port of Durres

The focus area of the contract is: The Contracting Authority grants the Concessionaire the right to invest, manage, operate, maintain and technically upgrade and adapt the Durrës Ferry and Cruise Terminal  to meet current and future traffic requirements, including boarding and unloading of combined passenger and / or RoRo vessels (ferries, catamaran, etc.) and cruising and related activities such as anchoring ships, passenger movement at the terminal, orientation, storage, vehicle storage, positioning, transport, spontaneity , receiving and distributing and including and providing the necessary resources which are tools and equipment, systems, practices, procedures and programs, organization and human resources.
