The concession contract was signed between the Ministry of Finance, Global Fluids International SA and Petroleum Consulting Partners AG.The object of the contract is: Marking and Monitoring Service for fiscal purposes on Marking and Monitoring Products.The Concessionaire will be responsible for the creation and administration of a network of points of sale where the Obliged Entities will be directed to the purchase of the Marking and Monitoring Service and the payment of the Price. The Concessionaire directly collects the Marking and Monitoring Service Award.
